Cursor refuses to move
On start up the cursor remains unloveable in top left

Hi Sue . . .
WiFi mouse has been fine until recently, the mouse with cable seems a little better sometimes but I still get the problem.
I will buy a new wireless mouse.
Could temperature heat be a contributor?
I get a warning that the USB port is demanding too much power - the only USB port in use is the keyboard.
