Sorry these won't work as they are not ECC RAM

I have Crucial RAM in my system but they have stopped producing it.

So you'll need to take a gamble here, looking online at one of the jobbers which bought up the last supply. As an example here's one Crucial 8GB 16GB 32GB 64GB DDR3 1866MHz PC3-14900 240-Pin ECC Unbuffered RAM

Make sure you use a credit card which offers product warranty and make sure you have it shipped by FedEx or other trackable package service.

Thank you so much !

can you tell me - is this ok ?

32GB DDR3 1866MHz ECC LRDIMM RAM is PC3-14900L HP 708643-B21 715275-001 712384-081

Im expecting long time booting on Big Sur,

I changed Nvme SSD to 1 TB Samsung Evo 970, but its still not fast

Hope the RAM will helps me

@asog - Well that explains things! You can't use the M.2 SSD in this system. You are limited to either what Apple contracted from Samsung or what OWC offers.

While RAM is important its not what slows the boot up! Drive I/O is.

Lets use an analogy to see what the problem is. Your dad is hard of hearing, causing you having to repeat what you say, and even then the dialog could still end up being garbled. But clearly your dads brain is working and so is yours! Its the lack of a clean dialog between the two grey matters!

Sadly, this is the same issue here! The dialog between the system and the SSD is messed up. Here we have a few different things! The first is the adapter the second is the timing of the I/O is not the same between what the system is expecting and what the M.2 SSD is able to work with (remember Apple did their own thing!)

For reference I have a 2TB OWC SSD in my MacPro with 32GB of RAM, it take about a five count to boot up!

As for the RAM I would need to know the maker, but why don't you just follow my reference than having me review things as I'm sure you can deduce whats needed.

Sorry I can’t read the labels on the DIMM’s to figure out what they are.

Your MacPro requires ECC RAM which runs at 1866 MHz without getting deep in the weeds of explaining things you really need to use the proper RAM.

Here’s the required specs for the RAM you require: 240-pin PC3-14900 (1866 MHz) DDR3 ECC SDRAM

That works too! But anything faster will likely encounter CAS & RAS issues.
