My laptop shows preparing automatic repair Loop

Laptops boot to Startup Repair when there are corrupt startup files on the hard drive. Allow the laptop to complete the process. Then, sign into Windows and do the following to prevent it from recurring:

Open a command prompt window. Type CMD into the Search bar. Right-click the Command Prompt option and select “Run as administrator”. Copy and paste this command into the window: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth && sfc /scannow

These commands should repair the corrupt files.
