How do I keep it from jamming

No matter how much or how little paper I put in it keeps jamming and when I put in multiple papers in the tray it takes them all. What should I do?

you need to clean the rubber wheels as dust and debris collects on them. Also store the paper with your towels to prevent moisture making the paper sticky. Also pay the extra little bit for the thicker paper.
