Please turn camera off and on again
Hii there,
My Lumix TZ60 also display these error messages (System Error (O.I.S) and Please turn camera off and on again)
If you guys solved the problem please help me. Thanks ya

@zaix most common issue with this “Please turn camera off and on again” is a stuck lens. Once your camera turns on it tries to extend the lens, if it is stuck you get the error message. Check on here for a possible solution

This solution did not work for my camera. I think I will send it to the service center ASAP. Thank you for your help ya.
@zaix sorry to hear this. Check the prices for a replacement lens and see if you are up for replacing it yourself, if it is not to expensive.

I also had this issue and found another fix. Seems to be the cable ribbon connecting the zoom button to the camera.

I would start by removing the battery and turning the camera on/off a few times, then reinstall a fresh battery to see what happens.
