The Xbox 7MN-0001 Wireless Controller, was manufactured by Microsoft Corporation. It is the first generation Xbox One controller released, but has since been discontinued. Hey Ben,

If you're skilled and/or have a screwdriver kit on hand you can take it apart and go on youtube to find someone like TronicsFix to see him clean out countless controllers with stick drift.

If not maybe calibrating might be good. i don't know if this is possible as i only use Playstation and nintendo controllers and not xbox controllers/consoles.
