There isn't a guide on iFixit yet, but there is a video guide that you can follow here. You can also buy the new screen from iFixit here. If you do decide to replace the screen on your own, definitely document your work and write it for the device.

Buying a screen with the frame attached will make the repair 100% easier if you've never repaired a phone before.
