How to unlock my Autoradio

Hello everyone, i hope your doing well ! I have a problem with my Autoradio of the Nissan Micra 2017. It’s locked and not giving any chance to enter the Reset Code. I tried to remove the battery for a while but with no results. It prints “ Radio is locked, contact your dealer “.

I tried to remove the EEPROM, when i did the screen prints “Invalid EQ”. Is the Any solution?
