Xiaomi Mi Note 10 mic delay

Hello, I have an issue with microphone delays during calls on my Xiaomi Mi Note 10. The other side can only hear me after few seconds since a call has been started, and it's really annoying. I have tried swapping out the original mic with a few new microphones, but it seems like it's not a microphone issue. I have also tried factory resetting and clearing the cache but nothing worked. Would appreciate it if anyone had any ideas what I could do.
