MacBook langsam nach Akkuwechsel

Hallo iFixit Community!

Ich habe am 05.10. über den iFixit Online-Store einen neuen Akku für mein Macbook Pro 13" Retina (Ende 2012/Anfang 2013) bestellt und diesen am 12.10. erhalten und eingebaut.

Nun fällt mir auf, dass die Leistung meines Mac's schlechter als davor ist. Er bleibt oft hängen und die Prozessorleistung fällt während anspruchsvolleren Programmen wie Photoshop oder Ableton immer wieder kurz unter 1Ghz, wobei es zu einem starken Lag kommt.

Muss ich irgendetwas software-mäßig noch umstellen oder installieren, dass der Mac den neuen Akku erkennt oder habe ich einfach einen "schlechten" Akku bekommen.

Ich habe wahrscheinlich das gleiche Problem, allerdings auch bei normalen Anwendungen. Habe nun auch mal das IntelPowerGadget installiert und es scheint immer einen plötzlichen Abbruch in der Nutzung zu geben wie bei dir. Hast du einen neuen Akku bestellt oder das Problem anders lösen können?

Ich habe nun einen NVRAM-Reset (PRAM-Reset) mehrfach durchgeführt und das Problem scheint tatsächlich behoben zu sein! Aufgefallen ist mir, dass das ganze MacBook immer sehr warm gewesen ist, ohne dass der Lüfter angelaufen ist. Jetzt hat sich die Temperatur aus meiner Sicht normalisiert und bisher ist auch kein "stottern" mehr zu vermelden.

Das hört sich seltsam an, wie wenn der Akku nicht immer die volle Leistung bringen kann und die CPU dann vorübergehend gedrosselt wird. Ich würde den Support anschreiben und dein Problem mitteilen. Wahrscheinlich bekommst Du dann anstandslos einen Austauschakku.

@papaulm @yungchrissi first off, my apologies to answer you in English. My German is really rusty and would just confuse you. Time for me to get back into it ;-)

There are a couple of things we would need to know/see. First the MagSafe Charger. Let us know what the connectors color is (Amber/Green/Nothing?). Next, I would suggest that you download coconutBattery from here You want to run it and post a copy of the results with your QUESTION. That will allow us to see what your battery is doing etc. After that, run Apple diagnostics and see if and what code you may be getting. Check on here for How-To run it etc. Let us know what you find out.

Post a snapshot of everything you find, with your QUESTION. Just edit it and use this guide Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen - iFixit Reparaturanleitung to add any pictures.

Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die wir wissen/sehen müssen. Erstens das MagSafe-Ladegerät. Lass uns wissen, welche Farbe der MagSafe Stecker hat (Amber/Green/Nothing?). Als Nächstes würde ich vorschlagen, dass Du coconutBattery von hier herunterladen, es ausführen und eine Kopie der Ergebnisse zusammen mit Deiner FRAGEN postest. So können wir sehen, was Deine Batterie macht usw. Danach fuehre die Apple-Diagnose aus und prüfe, ob und welchen Code Du erhaltst. Unter hier findest Du eine Anleitung zum Ausführen des Programms usw. Lasse uns wissen, was Du herausgefunden hasst.

Poste einen Schnappschuss von allem, was Du findest, mit Deiner FRAGE. Bearbeiten es einfach und verwende diese Anleitung Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen - iFixit Reparaturanleitung

@oldturkey03 unfortunately the problem came back after the MacBook discharges under 80% ... Don't know what to do now, can't work anymore like this!

@papaulm try to run coconut artery and post a picture of the results. After that try the diagnostics and see if there is a sensory etc., that may be reporting an error

... it is definitely battery related. Did swap my old one in and the problem is gone. Had to send it back to iFixit, but not sure to get another one.
