My controller wouldnt turn on
I charge the controller and it doesnt charge. It doesnt come on and its 1 month old. Can you please advise ? Thanks

Hi
The best thing to try at the moment is to try resetting the controller

It could something stuck in the charging port but that’s unlikely due to its age
Apart from what has been mentioned previously it’s probably best to contact Sonys customer support and see if they can fix it under warranty as if you try and open it it will void the warranty

press share button and the ps controller button on the same time for 2 min then put the controller on the charger and press the ps button only for 2 min and if it didn't work buy anew charger

also try to reset it by pin from the hole on the controller

Well do can do the following:
- Check the batteries. Remove the battery compartment on the back of the controller.
- Check the battery contacts.
- Troubleshoot the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit.
- Update the Xbox One controller firmware.
- Connect the controller via USB.
- Contact Microsoft Xbox Support.
