The password has been entered to many times an needs to be reset due to iPad being disabled. Every time I put in recovery mode in iTunes, It jumps out of recovery 3-5 mins later and goes back to apple logo and then to the iPad disabled screen. It will not stay in recovery mode long enough to resort it to factory setting.. I have tried a number of times, and exits recovery mode every time. Is there anything I can do?

The first time I done it , it did start down loading the file but shortly after, it jumps out of recovery mode. I tried doing this on 2 different pcs, and a Mac book pro, and 2 different cables. All end up doing the same thing.

When the iPad is in recovery mode and you attempt to restore, does the restore file iTunes is downloading ever complete? Does it actually try to initialize the restore? Typically iTunes will take some time to download the necessary files to perform the restore and iOS devices will only stay in Recovery Mode for so long before they restart. So that's not terribly unusual.
Now if the download is completing and it won't actually start to restore the iPad that's another story. It could be that it's not getting the start restore command from the computer. Which could be due to a number of reasons. Usual steps for troubleshooting this include swapping out the USB cables, or the port in use.

Would it be useful to put the iPad into DFU mode? That may or may not bypass whatever's kicking it out of recovery mode. Alternatively, you could manually download the update IPSW file first then use the option key to allow you to select that download for update.
@dadibrokeit DFU mode might help, but I know DFU mode is more difficult to achieve. I'm not sure if it has the same sort of timer which will reboot the phone.
As long as the file download is completing, it shouldn't matter if it kicks back out of recovery mode. The file will continue to download until it completes (occasionally it will time out, but that takes much longer than the reboot timing for recovery mode). You just need to put it back in recovery mode once the file finishes downloading and click restore again, should be fine.
Unless I'm misunderstanding. But usually if it starts processing the restore, it will not boot properly if it reboots in the middle. It will get stuck in recovery mode.
Yes I was able to get the download and it would start unpacking the file then here it goes right before it starts to install it reboots to Apple logo and then back to the iPad disabled screen. No error codes or anything. I am scratching my head on this one this hasn’t happened to me before. I’m just at a lost.
Thank you Alisha C. For some reason I wasn’t going to DFU Mode. Your information helped rethink what I was doing to get into dfu.

thank you for you info for some reason when I was try to go into recovery mode. I wasn’t holding the home button long enough. What it was doing when I was hooked up to iTunes I was pressing the power + home button but was I keep releasing it to soon after screen went black, but it did say it was in recovery mode. As it was down loading the firmware it is would reboot. It did this over and over. Also did it on my windows laptop and Mac book pro. The same exact thing.Then I saw one of the post here and made me think I probably need wasn’t hold the home button long enough because the iPad wasn’t saying connect to iTunes. I then went and pressed the home button and power button released after the Apple logo appeared and keep pushing the home button. Then it finally said connect to iTunes and went through just fine.
