Why does it keep crashing to blue screen

If is "super hot" the problem could be related to the CPU\GPU thermal dissipation.

You need to remove the back cover of laptop and dissassambly the fans and dissipator.

Clean it from dust and thermal paste.

Apply new thermal paste (I suggest good thermal paste like Noctua or Artic)

now assemble and try it. Use a software to monitor the temperatures like HWiNFO that should be under 85°C

I suggest this operation every 2\3 years
