What is the model name and number of the camera?
What device (make and model) are you trying to connect the camera with?
If trying to connect with a phone using the app, can you "see" the camera i.e. camera's WiFi network name, in the phone's available WiFi network list to make sure that it is transmitting?
It's an alert indoor wwhdintcam spectrum modem and router and I'm using my phone also and yes I can see it . It transmits but has no internet connection it says
