Hi,

Try the following to see if it is a software or a hardware problem.

Software:

Wipe the cache partition and check if the vibrate works OK

Start the phone in safe mode and check.

Hardware:

Open the dialer or Phone app and dial #7353# or #0*# to test the vibrate motor.

If the vibrate motor doesn't work, below are some images showing the Motor troubleshooting flowchart and the location of the components mentioned in the flowchart from the Galaxy M32 service manual.
