I would say it is possible it is due to water, but i did the touch diagnostic test, and the middle vertical area doesn't respond to touch, but the other side thirds do. Should I take apart and see if I can clean anything?

@spam1 that is really all you can do. Check for corrosion, clean with high grade isopropyl alcohol. If no change, replace the screen Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 Screen Replacement
