Will not print black
I have replaced ink cartridge, cleaned and aligned the head multiple times but it will not print black

You will have to clean the print heads manually. Here is a video of the process. You can use isopropyl alcohol as a cleaning solution rather than purchasing their kit. I would recommend leaving the printer off over night to be certain all the alcohol has dried. If this doesnt work, the heads will need to be replaced and may be cost prohibitive to repair.
