Ps4 controller drift problem

One of my controllers started drifting so i decided to just replace the analog stick completely since i've done it a lot before but when i replace it it became worse so i replace it again with no luck after that i did it 3 more times and still the same issue also i'm sure the analogs i bought are good since i used them on other controllers with no issues but this time i'm stumped
