Water not pumping through.
My machine is new but was in storage for a year. It switches on and I can hear the pump but water does not pump through the machine.

Either some hoses are clogged by scale.
Or a hose may have come off from its connector.
Does the water level in the tank decrease?
Does water leak out anywhere from the machine?

I am pretty sure that there is air in the hose. Either you have to open the machine and disconnect the hose from the pump, so the water can fill it. Or you can use these instructions.(In spanish)
Or: fill the Reservoir with water and lift it up several (Up to 30 times) times and put it back on again.
