Got this from a a friend of mine that never opened the box, was still in the Shrink Wrap. Took it out of the box and plugged in and all I get is the Magellan Logo on the screen and nothing else? Tried Plugging it into my Desk Top Computer and still nothing but the Magellan Logo on the Screen? Could the battery be dead being not used for about 5 Years? Thanks, Steve

@stephnestokes "not used for about 5 Years" I would definitely start with a new battery. Use something like this as your guide. After that, re-evaluate. You May need to install the aMAgellan software on your compute first. Check the user manual for proper setup.
