Weird problems on my Alexa echo dot 4

Recently, my echo dot just stopped and started flashing blue suddenly again and again, for the whole night. When I woke up , I realized it was off(like absolutely off nothing was on and it wasn’t responding). I tried to reset and unplug but to no avail. Finally, I decided to open it up. After opening everything and reassembling everything it is working fine except for 3 BIG problems. Volume up button doesn’t work, the Alexa button doesn’t work, and it doesn’t respond(mic is dead). Idk how this happened. I’ve opened up a lot of tech stuff and never messed it up.
