Touch screen not working after screen replacement

I just bought a screen replacement for my pixel 4xl but the screen is completely unresponsive. The screen shows up fine but it doesn't recognize touch. The old screen works correctly so I don't thinnk it's the motherboard or the connectors. This is the second screen replacement that im trying becouse I already sent back the first because I thought it came deffective. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
