It seems that there is a problem with the power supply board. It is bit difficult to say anything with surety but this fault happens when one or more capacitors on the power supply board are already bad or they are in their last leg. Bulged ( curved surface at the top) capacitors and leaked capacitors are the culprit. There might be other problems.
