Was on the web, computer shut off. Press power button, lights for a few seconds but nothing more. Checked power supply(have 2 of them) the led near jack lights but nothing more. Yeap, this part is replaceable, but it just not easy like take it off and put it on. Some of them especially newer model need to be flash before we can put it on.

yeap, this chip is replaceable. But first, check whether power button socket has 3,3volt present.
