Right wheel having difficulty turning

Right wheel seems hard to turn. Roomba just goes in circles. I have taken it apart and cleaned inside by wheel casing. Do I need new wheel? Motor?

It is likely that the wheel module has failed if cleaning didn't help remedy the issue.

it is also possible that other components could be causing the issue.
