Replace International Keyboard with US Keyboard
I have an international MacBook Pro 16 (2023) and would like to replace the internal keyboard with a US keyboard. Any suggestions on how to go about doing that?

Apple now offers self repair options! So you could swap it out but it will be wicked expensive as the battery is part of the assembly!
The killer here is Apple rivets the keyboard into the upper case and then glues the battery to it! And in this case The upper cases are physically different between the US and ISO layout of the keyboard keys.

I think you would need to replace the top case assembly. There isn't a repair guide yet on iFixit for that repair, so you would need to use another resource or do the repair without a guide. Do you have any Apple Care coverage? I would recommend talking to Apple to see if you can trade in your model for one with a US keyboard. Good luck!
