5 Disc drive doesn't work
My PsOne disc drive fell off, I was able to put itback but now the disc drive loudly clicks and now doesn't read discs

There are several reasons that could be causing it to not work. One is that the laser lens has been knocked out of alignment.

I turned the console upside down and it worked
Is it possible that you reinstalled the disk drive upside down?
