Laptop switches off automatically

Hi,

I have been facing an issue with my laptop lately, once I switch it on and I start working on it, it somehow switches off automatically and when I start it again, it will start and switch off again and again until I press the metal body beside the trackpad.

Often automatic shutdown is causes by over heating. Commonest solution is cleaning or blowing dust off of cooling fan. Click on HP ProBook 450 G2

and look below for link to cleaning fan,
