Open the phone check cable..and check antina tips propley connected to board or not ..check cable on contiunty range ..if the cable is broken .use a new cable. After trying these thing check supplies of network section a capcitor uses in every phone that direct conects batery voltage check this..4.5 voltage will come in this cap from one side and other side is grounded of cap..
