The Quadro 200D supports a dual monitor setup (https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/...), but is it enabled in the OS? Have you installed the right drivers? Which OS are you using?

@nickletsgamerz usually there are restrictions on the resolutions for the outputs for dual screen. What is the resolution of the displays you are trying to use?
