Dead after joystick replacement

So, I have a Series 2 controller that was working fine except for the left thumbstick button. After investigation the internals of the thumbstick were broken so I ordered a new thumbstick button. After completing the repair the controller now does not turn on. No LEDS no signs of life. After double checking connections etc. still dead. Investigating further I discovered that with the usb power connected there is a hot spot located at or near one of the smd capacitors located near the thumbstick that was replaced. The capacitor also appears to have damage perhaps from over heating or blowing out if smd caps do that. It is the cap at C132.

I used a hot air station to do the repair and needed a very high temp and duration to get the old part off. I did end up cutting the part into sections for easier removal. and was very careful to try and keep the heat focused on only the area needed to desolder the part, but perhaps something got shorted?? I have looked pretty close and cant tell if there are any solder shorts but who knows. Obviously something happened. Help is appreciated. Pics are attached.

My questions are: 1. what is the value of this cap so I can replaced it. 2. would this cap being bad cause it to not power on? 3. what are some test points and what the values should be on the board to troubleshoot this 4. does anyone have ideas/advise on fixing this.

I included several photos of the whole board to see if anything looks wrong. thanks in advance.
