Yes...it's out of warranty now..I sended to Amazon store...they are asking 10 dollars for the repair

@yukamoran and they are claiming that we need to install the software again to let it work

@ritesh59252 You can try to reset the device yourself by following the instructions here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/...
If that doesn't work then let them sort it out for ten dollars.
