Will the Battery Health Update?

The battery health on my Apple Watch is getting pretty low. I know if you replace the battery in a phone (OEM anyway) that the battery has to be calibrated in order for the battery health to show again. If I replace the battery in an Apple Watch, does the battery health change?

i havent heard of apple watchs giving any battery warnings like the phones do, if its a 2019 watch then it should be ok unless apple has made changes to the ios
