Getting stuck and restarting frequently

Using Samsung M31 last 2 years, now the main problem is restarting. Very suddenly it is hitting up then getting stuck and restarting frequently. I checked battery is okay also tried hard reset but no result

is storage full, if not then there could be an app causing the issue
