Factory reset option doesn't come

@rilme not sure how you tried a hard reset. Try this first:

Press the Volume Down + Power key for a few seconds and then select Power off.

Connect your Samsung p[hone to your computer with the USB-C cable. Hold down the Volume Up and Power button at the same time for a few seconds.

Release the buttons when the SAMSUNG image displays and then wait for the Recovery mode menu

Next use the Volume keys and select Wipe data/factory reset and use the Power button to accept

Select Factory data to reset and confirm with the Power key.

Next select the Reboot system now with the Power button again.
