My laptop crashes when I start it

I start the window it run sometime then it automatically shuts down or crashes

@mujahidkha22132 which version Windows and what have you checked? Does it do that in safe mode as well?

When it crashes does it show the blue screen with a QR code? If so what code does it show? Often it is either an issue with Ram or with the installation of Windows.
