How do I remove and replace the spacers on my Cadillac SRX 2006 model

1
1- Unscrew tires bolts
2- jack your car
3- remove tires
4- get the right size of socket and wrench or similar tool
5- unscrew (counter clockwise) the bolts of the spacer and it should come off .. sometimes you need to hammer it just a little.
