@christophe82642 iFixit does not yet have a guide for this. Use something like thios video to replace the LCD.
Replacement screens are available at plenty of online sellers. Just select one that appeals to you and have the right screen for your specific version of the A14
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
