iPhone 15 Pro Screen Replacement
The pressing issue right now will be parts. They just are not available for the 15 series at this time, so you'll need to wait a few months; give it 3 months or so depending on how common the phone is.

Yeah, finding a replacement screen is going to be the hard part; the aftermarket industry hasn't had time to tool up for a new iPhone yet.
I did find a teardown video that will be more than sufficient to show you exactly how to remove the screen though.

@rolkoz since its only been out for 2 days, we can expect screen replacements to start popping up in about 3-4 months, once alternative and 3rd party companies start to clone the screen. there will probably be screen pairing problems like most iphones before it. did you buy any warranty? did you check the return policy?
