Message application not functional
Text message outgoing is not functional.So, how it could be give service?

If it is the phone:
Try resetting the device or downloading 3rd party messaging software.
If it is the Sim card:
Get a new mobile number and see if that works.

I was change the sim and reset ,but not functional,thst the outgoing text messages on my phone sumsung galaxiy A90 5G.what is the basic problem on this app.?
I would suggest taking it to an authorised service centre and get a quote for your issue or get a new phone.
