What is wrong with your charging case? If you bought your airpods recently in the past 30 days from apple, 90 days from costco, or have apple care+, you can get a replacement or refund. If you have any other info about your problem, please let us know. Is it not charging? Is it not pairing? Is it not playing sounds or popping up on find my?

When I plug a charger in charging case it cannot start charging then I put it tightly then it starts charging but after a night I put it full but it's battery is down
