Speed is very low
My laptop speed is very low, is there need of any ssd?

There are several factors that can contribute to the slowness. If you have 4gb of ram or less you should add more. A ssd would speed things up a ton as well, the biggest thing limiting your laptop is the cpu, but if you're not gaming on it then that should be okay.
