Water dripping inside when off

It seems the water does not fully stop after rinse, and continues to drip during spin cycle and after it stops. The water is coming from the top, in the back, where it usually comes out for the rinse cycle, and drips into the basin.

For now I have to manually shut off hot and cold faucets to the machine.

In my ignorance, I would guess it's some kind of valve or seal that is leaking, but I'm not familiar with the inner workings of washing machines.

I'd also love help tracking down a service manual. Model 110.28932790
