Factory Reset without TV Display or Wifi

I bought a fire stick 4k but I believe it's trying to do 4k on my 1080 and it isn't showing anything, just a black screen. This is even before the initial setup. Is there any way to do a full factory reset without being able to see anything on the screen? And before any wifi because again, this is before even the first setup.

I believe somehow the display settings got messed up and won't give me a display on my tv. Doing a factory reset should(?) reset it? Maybe adb? Or blindly holding buttons on the remote?
