Find microphone spare part

I have an Apple Watch SE 2 (model 2022 40mm, device ID A2725) which has a dead microphone (test with voice memo app and one can barely hear something). The price of a fix as quoted by Apple is basically the same as brand new one, so not worth it.

I dig the internet, iFixit first, Aliexpress and all the like and it seems that the part that contains is a Microphone Flex Cable . It is however impossible to find the one specific to this model.

Any help confirming the part and / or providing a part number and / or a place to buy it would be very much appreciated.
