Hamdi, are you asking about replacing a piston ring inside the engine? You do realize that's part of a major engine rebuild procedure and not just an hour long weekend project, right?
If you really want information about doing that, we would need to know exactly what it is you're working on. Isuzu truck isn't enough information; we would need the year, model and engine type/size in order to find the right instructions for you.
