Can this phones memory be extended

You can increase the storage capacity of the phone up to a maximum of 288GB by inserting a 256GB micro SD card in the phone to add to the existing non removable 32GB internal storage.

This is the maximum amount of removable external storage the phone supports. You cannot increase the amount of internal storage as it is hard mounted on the systemboard.

Note: when it says "memory is nearly full" it means storage i.e. where you store your images, documents, files as well as where the Android Operating system is installed etc and not the actual "memory". That is used for the operating system to function as it is only temporary storage that is used as required. Your model has 2GB of memory - this cannot be increased.
