That particular code happens on several Toyota models including the Auris, Corolla, Verso-S and Yaris. It's indicating a problem with the Clutch Actuator Circuit, which is a device mounted on the transmission. There is a TSB, or Technical Service Bulletin regarding this problem that indicates that it may be covered under warranty if your car qualifies. Here's a link to the TSB you'll want to take a look at.
You might want to print it out and take it to your nearest Toyota dealer and see if they will fix the problem under warranty.
Otherwise, since the TSB gives you step by step instructions for doing the repair, you could certainly follow them yourself and fix it without going to the dealer, although that would be my first choice if they are willing to do it at no cost.

Thank you, I will ring around to see who can clean the clutch actuator motor and remove carbon and foreign particles from it, check the motor condition and replace it if required as per Toyota Bulletin. Bulletin clearly stated why this code appears and step by step guide to diagnosis . Thanks again Jerry? I appreciate it if you could share how you dealt with this (if you had this issue before)

No, I'm afraid I haven't dealt with this personally; I'm just pretty good at researching diagnostic codes and that was the consensus of the sources I investigated. As I stated earlier, you might want to check with a dealer and see if there's any chance it could be covered under warranty for you.
