That particular code happens on several Toyota models including the Auris, Corolla, Verso-S and Yaris. It's indicating a problem with the Clutch Actuator Circuit, which is a device mounted on the transmission. There is a TSB, or Technical Service Bulletin regarding this problem that indicates that it may be covered under warranty if your car qualifies. You might want to print it out and take it to your nearest Toyota dealer and see if they will fix the problem under warranty.

Otherwise, since the TSB gives you step by step instructions for doing the repair, you could certainly follow them yourself and fix it without going to the dealer, although that would be my first choice if they are willing to do it at no cost.
