Hello, my laptop's CPU often heats up to 70-80 when gaming, this did not happen before. I want to reapply the thermal paste on the CPU with hope of it lowering these temps. When i search on google i get multiple different answers as to how i should apply the thermal paste, and which thermal paste i should use (Some even recommend thermal pads)

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
First go to p.60 to see how to disable the built in battery and then go to p.66 to view the procedure to remove/replace the thermal fan assembly so that you can refresh the thermal paste on the CPU.
If necessary you can also clean the fan once it is removed from the laptop as well.
