I have obtained a mac mini 2014 that is missing the plastic bottom plate cover. Is this a problem? Does this block airflow, and if so, would this be mitigated by adding feet to the base of the mac to give raise the device a little to allow air circulation? are there any other issues that will need to be worked around?

I'd recommend adding the feet onto the Mac as it would allow for improved airflow into the device. But other than that I don't think it should be too much of an issue.

Thanks Dan. I had searched for these online but had not found one with reasonable postage to Australia. I have bought this one as both the price and postage were reasonable.
